History of the site
The arboretum was planted in an old wood of radiate pine, 40 years old and cut down in the year 2007. The firsts labours before the new plantation (clearing, establishment of the plantation holes) were done by machine in autumn 2011. The land is property of Diputación Foral of Alava, the provincial Government. Its Forest Service gave permission to IKT/Hazi to establish this plantation at the end of 2011.Publications related to the site
